Job Summary:
Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (Coca-Cola HBC), a leading bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company, is hiring a Protocol Manager in Lagos. This role is essential for ensuring smooth protocol, travel coordination, and immigration compliance for executives, expatriates, and internal teams. Coca-Cola HBC is listed on the London Stock Exchange and operates across multiple countries from its headquarters in Zug, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including visas, permits, and airport protocol services.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government agencies for documentation and approvals.
- Oversee third-party vendors and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of immigration and travel activities for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Support expatriate onboarding and relocation, ensuring seamless transitions.
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of immigration regulations and protocol procedures.
- Proven experience in coordinating travel and managing vendors.
