Job Description
An experienced Providers’ Manager is needed to oversee and manage our provider network, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare provider management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Oversee provider network operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with providers to optimize service coverage and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor provider performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A B.NSc. (Bachelor of Nursing Science) degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience in provider network management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for immediate resumption.
