Qualification: OND, HND, or BSc

A food processing company in Gbagada, Lagos is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food technology, industrial chemistry, or microbiology, with hands-on experience in quality assurance and control processes in the food or beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and laboratory tests for quality control and food safety.
  • Document findings and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain hygiene, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND, or BSc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in culinary or food/beverage production environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
