Job Description
A creative agency in Lagos is hiring a Quality and Order Manager to handle order fulfillment, inventory, procurement, and quality control. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enforce quality control procedures including inspections and audits.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Handle inventory planning, stock rotation, and optimization strategies.
- Supervise procurement activities such as vendor selection, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement improvement measures.
- Work with customer service teams to resolve order issues and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality control, inventory, procurement, or order fulfillment, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality management, procurement processes, and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms and MS Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
