Job Description

A creative agency in Lagos is hiring a Quality and Order Manager to handle order fulfillment, inventory, procurement, and quality control. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce quality control procedures including inspections and audits.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Handle inventory planning, stock rotation, and optimization strategies.
• Supervise procurement activities such as vendor selection, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement improvement measures.
• Work with customer service teams to resolve order issues and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control, inventory, procurement, or order fulfillment, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management, procurement processes, and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms and MS Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
