A reputable fintech company is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to join its team in Lagos. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in quality assurance and a strong interest in improving customer experience processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO QMS standards
- Analyze performance data and develop actionable recommendations
- Support knowledge management initiatives within the customer support team
- Collaborate with various departments to improve service quality and consistency
- Assist in developing training content to enhance frontline staff performance
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- ISO QMS auditor certification is mandatory
- Experience in a contact centre or frontline-facing role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process documentation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
