Job Description
Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Salary: NGN 600,000 – 800,000 monthly
A reputable company in the construction and interior fit-out industry is currently hiring an experienced Quality Assurance/Control Engineer to ensure quality standards across its high-spec projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in QA/QC practices, ISO compliance, and project documentation, especially within the construction or fit-out sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC processes for construction and fit-out projects.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and QMS standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure all workmanship meets defined specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including inspection reports, snag lists, and quality logs.
- Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QA/QC roles for construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Proven knowledge of ISO/QMS standards, ELV/smart systems, and high-end interior finishes.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
- Experience working with subcontractors and managing quality control systems on-site.
