Job Description
Zojatech Limited is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure excellence across enterprise, technology, business, and client-driven projects. The role involves supporting agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring products and services meet quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing with clear documentation.
- Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Jira or Zoho Sprint Board, and collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Conduct performance and load testing with tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliver quality solutions.
- Promote quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance roles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Project, or Basecamp.
- Demonstrated success in defining, testing, and launching quality software products.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
