Quality Assurance Officer
Job Description
Hello Products, a leading name in the FMCG industry, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with manufacturing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
- Develop and update quality assurance protocols in line with current good manufacturing practices.
- Identify and address quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Chemistry or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
- Proficiency in quality testing tools and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
