Quality Assurance Officer
Job Description
A manufacturing company in the agrochemical sector is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and contributing to overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
- Investigate and report on quality issues, working with relevant teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support internal/external audits.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in quality assurance/control within an agrochemical or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Additional certifications in quality or safety management are an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
