Capitol Hill Hospital is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about healthcare quality management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate hospital operations to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs, including ISO practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and enforce quality control policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend solutions to address quality gaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or a similar role.
- HSE I, II, III certification; knowledge of ISO operations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
