Job Description
A reputable organization, De Talents, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Quality Control Officer to monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards for goods, materials, and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving purchasing standards and maintaining quality consistency throughout the supply process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of goods, services, and materials supplied by vendors to verify compliance with required specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections and report any defects or quality deviations.
- Assess the effectiveness of current quality processes and propose improvements where necessary.
- Design and implement quality assurance policies that align with industry best practices.
- Supervise quality control documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar quality assurance/control role.
- Certification or qualifications from a recognized institution or training organization.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and inspection methods.
