Remuneration: ₦450,000 Net Monthly
Job Summary:
A detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is needed to join our team on a remote contract basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products and services, with a strong focus on the e-commerce sector. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout development cycles.
- Perform regression, functional, and usability testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Provide timely feedback and recommendations to improve product performance and user experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
