Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: NGN 350,000/month
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and procurement to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flows.
- Conduct cost analysis and ensure that projects stay within the allocated budget.
- Handle contract administration, including the preparation of tender documents and evaluating bids.
- Collaborate with the project team, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
