Job Description
Location: Abuja & Benue State
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000
Power Control & Appliances Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join her team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction costs, ensuring value for money, and maintaining quality standards. If you have strong analytical skills and experience in cost estimation, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis for construction projects.
- Track and manage project costs, ensuring they align with the budget.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of cost control and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and cost-estimating software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
