Job Description

Location: Abuja (Kaura, Galadimawa, or Lokogoma axis)
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Experience: 1–5 years

An established consulting firm is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing construction and project management activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, experienced in cost estimation, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables for construction projects.
  • Evaluate and manage project budgets, variations, and cost reports.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to control costs and optimize resources.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in cost control tools and MS Office.
  • Must reside in or around Kaura, Galadimawa, or Lokogoma, Abuja.
