Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Casalavoro Limited is seeking an experienced and registered Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Abuja. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction, cost management, and procurement, with a proven track record of leadership in similar roles. This position is ideal for professionals who are result-driven and capable of overseeing financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs, ensuring the best value while meeting quality standards.
- Oversee and lead procurement processes and subcontractor engagement.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Monitor project progress and produce financial reports and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards throughout project delivery.
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying.
- Must be a Registered Quantity Surveyor.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in procurement and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost control techniques.
