Job Description

BPO Homes Inc., a Real Estate Brokerage and Technology company, is seeking skilled professionals for the role of Real Estate Cold Caller. The position is remote and contract-based, offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on helping real estate agents grow their businesses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships
  • Engage in sales prospecting, customer outreach, and consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Record and update call outcomes, leads, and customer interactions in reporting systems
  • Collaborate with the team to support lead generation goals and contribute to deal closings

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English proficiency with an American accent
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)

Additional Information

  • Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time (4 PM – 1 AM Nigeria Time)
  • Compensation: Base salary plus commission on closed deals (details provided during the group interview)
