Job Description

Salary: ₦120,000 + Commission
Location: Abuja
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

A reputable real estate firm in Abuja is seeking proactive and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Real Estate Marketing Executives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting property listings, generating leads, and closing sales in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate properties
  • Schedule and conduct property tours for interested clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field
  • Previous experience in real estate or a marketing role is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking ability and persuasive sales techniques
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
