A leading real estate firm in Lagos is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a solid background in property sales or financial services. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment focused on high-value transactions in Lagos’s luxury property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of high-end residential and commercial properties within Lagos, especially in Yaba and surrounding areas.
- Identify and engage prospective clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
- Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations and sales pitches.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or the banking sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos luxury property market.
