About the Role

A professional and highly organized Receptionist is needed to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling correspondence and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a corporate organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be not more than 30 years old.
