About the Role:
Venus Finance is a growing financial services company seeking a professional and personable receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of front-desk activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and filing documents.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
