A reputable organization in Victoria Island, Lagos is hiring a Recruitment Analyst to support their growing HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
• Analyze hiring data and market trends to improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
