Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand the specific requirements for each role.
2. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.
4. Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments.
5. Manage and maintain candidate databases and records.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
7. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
4. In-depth knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process
5. Track record of filling key positions in fast-paced organizations
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
