Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview potential hires to ensure the best fit for the organization.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Conduct background checks, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide reports on hiring metrics and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
