An established HR consulting firm is seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and assessment skills across multiple industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
