A leading global technology company is hiring a Regional Marketing Manager to drive long-term marketing strategy and execute high-impact campaigns across the EMEA region. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for specific industries within the EMEA region
- Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs for lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness campaigns
- Build and manage organic and paid campaigns, including compelling copy and visual assets for email, social media, and paid advertising
- Plan and execute webinars and regional offline events, including pre- and post-event strategies, webinar setup, and live streaming
- Collaborate with CRM teams to attract, convert, and engage new and existing audiences
- Manage and monitor the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and performance tracking
- Work closely with regional sales teams to gather insights and align marketing strategies with business objectives
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing for enterprise IT products, with strong SaaS experience
- Experience working within the EMEA market
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, STEM, or a related field with strong academic performance
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
- Hands-on approach with the ability to test marketing assumptions and scale high-performing strategies
- Growth mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
