Regional Quality Advisor (RQA) – MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices
Job Description
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is hiring a Regional Quality Advisor to join its Clinical Services Team. This role is crucial to maintaining and enhancing clinical quality standards across MSI Nigeria’s service delivery channels, ensuring alignment with the global MSI mandate of “One World One Standard.” The RQA will provide oversight, mentorship, training, and technical guidance in reproductive health services within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competency assessments for doctors and nurses on all services, including Tubal Ligation and Vasectomy.
- Supervise and support the setup and operations of clinical centres in the region in line with standard operating procedures.
- Lead internal Quality Technical Assurance (QTA) visits and ensure continuous quality improvements in service delivery.
- Maintain and update a database of clinical personnel, track licensure, certifications, and ensure ongoing clinical compliance.
- Coordinate training materials and logistics for clinical quality assurance activities and support clinical training implementation.
Requirements:
- A degree in Medicine and Surgery, or Nursing/Midwifery with at least a B.Sc or MPH.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in clinical or public health settings.
- Proven experience in reproductive health services and clinical quality assurance.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Membership in a recognised clinical professional body in good standing.
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
