Job Description
Global Organics Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales operations across assigned regions. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding market presence while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings to drive accountability and growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and hospital accounts
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs and data-driven reporting tools
- Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
- Manage regional sales budgets and control operational expenses
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, including experience in a managerial role
- Proven ability to lead and manage regional sales teams effectively
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
