Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State
Salary: N1,100,000 – N1,700,000 Monthly
Montaigne AH Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales operations in Lagos State. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership and be capable of driving revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets
- Manage and mentor the sales team to improve performance and motivation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment
