Regional Sales Manager – Wholesale at Montaigne AH Limited (Montaigne Place)

Montaigne AH Limited (Montaigne Place) is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive wholesale sales performance and expand distribution channels across assigned territories. This role focuses on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and strong in-market execution to enhance brand visibility and market share.

Location: Victoria Island / Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N700,000 – N800,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies across distribution channels and retail outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party retailers, wholesalers, and chain outlets
• Drive product visibility and in-store presence across all assigned accounts
• Achieve sales targets and manage revenue quotas within assigned territories
• Identify and onboard new accounts and distribution channels to expand market reach
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and retail programs
• Monitor sales performance across outlets and recommend growth strategies
• Provide market intelligence on pricing, trends, and competitor activities
• Conduct regular field visits to partners for relationship management and reporting
• Support recruitment, training, and development of sales team members
• Collaborate with management to analyze outlet-level performance and optimize sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in wholesale or retail distribution
• Strong understanding of the FMCG or luxury retail market
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
