Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, within your area of specialization (Family or Pediatrics).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Perform routine health screenings, immunizations, and patient education to promote overall wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Nursing/Midwifery or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc).
- A minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Training opportunities are not available for this position; candidates must have relevant experience.
- Post-basic certification in a Nurse Practitioner program, with a preference for Family or Pediatrics specialization (Mental Health specialization is not required).
- Successful completion of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensure exam and proof of active licensure renewal for at least 2–3 years.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
