Optiva Capital Partners is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, retention, and development. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients while promoting financial and immigration investment products and services. This is a field-based position requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage targeted individuals to generate qualified leads and client contacts.
- Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct meetings via face-to-face, telephone, or virtual platforms to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to follow up on leads and ensure client conversion.
- Obtain referrals from satisfied clients to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
