An international company is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support clients across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell additional solutions where appropriate
