Salary: Up to $900/month (fixed + performance bonuses)

This remote part-time role is ideal for skilled image editors passionate about detailed face retouching. The position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn a competitive monthly income through a combination of fixed payment and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and manipulate multiple image layers in Photoshop to enhance facial features.
  • Select and mask specific facial areas accurately for detailed retouching.
  • Use airbrush tools to refine lips, nose, cheeks, and eyebrows with precision.
  • Apply subtle sharpening techniques to maintain a natural, realistic look.
  • Collaborate with creative leads and design teams to ensure quality output.
  • Meet strict deadlines by completing assignments within 24 hours.
  • Maintain prompt communication during working hours (12 PM to 10 PM Nigerian time), responding within 10 minutes.

Requirements:

  • Ownership of an iPad or a drawing tablet (e.g., Wacom) is required.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and digital image retouching techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
  • Experience with layer masking, erasing, and sharpening tools in Photoshop.

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly payment of $450, plus performance-based bonuses up to $450 after probation.
