The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Remote Recruiter (Freelance) to support global hiring needs through a flexible, platform-based recruiting model. This role is open to both experienced recruiters and individuals new to recruitment. Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and upload qualified candidates for open roles on the platform
  • Review and select suitable job roles to work on based on skills and interests
  • Use AI-powered tools to match candidates with relevant vacancies efficiently
  • Communicate with candidates to assess suitability and readiness for roles
  • Collaborate with other recruiters when required to improve placement outcomes
  • Track candidate progress using ATS and CRM tools available on the platform

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or human resources
  • Ability to communicate clearly with candidates across different regions
  • Basic digital skills and willingness to learn platform-based recruiting tools
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Internet access and availability to work remotely
  • Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not required
