Job Description

A reputable ice cream company is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager / COO to lead its operations, drive business growth, and ensure profitability. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in food service or manufacturing, capable of overseeing daily operations while implementing strategic initiatives that enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve market positioning, and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor operational and financial performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to senior stakeholders
  • Oversee daily operations across production and retail to ensure efficiency, quality, and excellent customer experience
  • Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and safety standards while addressing customer feedback and complaints
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies
  • Enforce compliance with all health, safety, food handling, and labor regulations
  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability (P&L responsibility)
  • Implement sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen brand visibility
  • Lead, supervise, and support staff while fostering a productive and positive work environment
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in restaurant management, food production, or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
