Overview
Simba Group Nigeria Limited is hiring a Retail Finance Manager to manage the financial performance of its automotive retail operations, including vehicle sales, service centers, and spare parts. This role is suited for a finance professional with strong commercial insight and experience in retail or automotive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for vehicle sales, aftersales, and spare parts.
- Analyze showroom and service center performance, including revenue, margins, and expenses.
- Track critical financial metrics such as cost per unit sold and average revenue per vehicle.
- Provide insights to guide pricing, promotions, and dealership expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; ICAN/ACCA certification is required.
- 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Relevant experience in automotive retail, FMCG, or multi-branch retail environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, integrity, and ability to work across multiple retail outlets.
