Job Purpose:
We are seeking highly motivated and goal-driven Retail Sales Executives to drive the adoption of CredPal’s financial products, particularly businesses, merchants and individuals. As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary role is to expand our customer base, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: 100,000 net + 20,000 Transport Allowance and Sales Commission
Key Deliverables:
- Acquire and onboard merchants
- Retail Sales
- Develop and manage sales clusters
- Manage merchants account and services
Preferred Qualification & Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in retail sales, financial services, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in field sales or working with retail customers is an added advantage.
- Customer service oriented.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic Excel
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).
