Emeraldzone Business Support Services (EmeraldBSS) is recruiting a Risk Manager to oversee financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen enterprise risk management processes. The role is suited for an experienced accounting professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to integrate risk oversight into financial operations to protect organizational assets and ensure operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks across financial operations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks
• Conduct internal control reviews and recommend improvements to strengthen governance structures
• Collaborate with management to align risk strategies with overall business objectives
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and risk management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in enterprise risk management and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or related credentials are an added advantage
