Job Description
Montaigne AH Limited is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales & Admin Manager to lead its Sales Administration and Sales Operations functions. This role will provide data-driven insights, performance analytics, reporting structures, compensation administration, and operational support to enable Wholesale and Retail sales teams achieve corporate revenue and growth objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and timely distribution of accurate sales reports, dashboards, and KPI performance analytics
- Develop and enhance reporting tools to improve data transparency, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making
- Oversee sales compensation plans, commission calculations, quota tracking, and compliance with compensation policies
- Manage CRM systems, sales automation tools, and support technology optimization initiatives
- Coordinate sales capability development, internal communication, and training programs
- Support territory planning, performance balancing, and optimization initiatives
- Design and manage sales contests and incentive programs (SPIFs)
- Collaborate with Marketing to track lead generation performance, retail footfall, and digital engagement metrics
- Partner with IT to implement and customize POS systems and integrate CRM platforms
- Drive continuous process improvements within sales administration workflows

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related analytical discipline
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- 5–8 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Business Analytics
- Proven experience supporting retail and/or wholesale sales teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (expert level required)
- Strong data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capability
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Strong analytical reasoning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- High fluency in English and strong IT proficiency
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
