Sales Associate (Luxury Fashion Retail)
Our client is one of Nigeria’s leading luxury retail stores, that has been the benchmark for excellence for over 10 years. They are known for their passion for curating the finest luxury outfits and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. Their brands include a curated selection of the world’s most luxurious brands, as well as indigenous luxury brands.
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Industry: Luxury Retail
Salary: N200,000- N250,000
Key Elements of the Role
• Report to the Sales Manager
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including greeting and welcoming customers to the store
• Assist customers with product handling and also advise customers on products
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Link selling and upselling of products to customers
• Ensure effective visual merchandising of products to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Obtain customer feedbacks on products and services and share feedbacks with Sales Manager
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
• Collaborate and work effectively with other team members

Desired Skills & Experience
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in luxury retail store
• Courteous and friendly disposition
• Poised, with excellent grooming skills
• Exceptional selling and negotiation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity
