Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage key contacts through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize and execute outreach campaigns.
- Share value-added content, such as case studies and presentations, to educate and engage prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and results in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound/inbound prospecting, or sales.
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- A high level of integrity and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong passion for understanding and explaining sales services.
