Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets within agreed timelines to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline by proactively identifying and nurturing high-potential leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues throughout the contract lifecycle to protect client trust and brand reputation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates using key sales metrics.
- Uphold and promote compliance standards in line with regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity within the PowerGen sector.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager in support of team objectives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales of generators, machines, equipment, or automobiles.
