Location: Nigeria | Qualification: Min. HND/BSc Required

Leadway Assurance Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. If you have a passion for sales and are eager to grow in a leading insurance company, this opportunity is for you! We provide free training for candidates with little or no experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
