Sales Executive
Job Description
Location: Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month (inclusive of target) + commission and incentives
Work Structure: 2 days onsite, 3 days on the field
A fast-growing real estate company in Lagos is currently seeking skilled and motivated Sales Executives to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to close deals, build strong client relationships, and thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market
- Conduct field marketing and client outreach to generate leads
- Guide clients through the property sales process, from inquiry to closing
- Negotiate terms and prepare necessary documentation for transactions
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in any field
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in real estate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities
