Dexta Africa Limited is currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its real estate team in Ajah, Lagos. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in property sales and a passion for closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads within the real estate market
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing consistent follow-ups
  • Present and promote property listings to prospective buyers
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and highly target-driven
