Overview
A reputable company in the FMCG sector is looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive sales operations and maintain strong customer relationships in Ilorin. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert prospects to customers within the assigned territory
- Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product promotions and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
