Royal Resource Management (RRM) is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell plots and houses within its estate in Abuja. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients secure real estate investments.
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Salary: N350,000 Monthly
Job Responsibilities
• Generate leads and follow up on prospective client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and physical meetings
• Conduct property presentations and organize estate site inspections for potential buyers
• Close property sales and assist clients throughout the documentation and payment process
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Represent the company professionally during all client engagements and marketing activities
Job Requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
• Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for client management and record keeping
• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate
• Previous experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and participate in provided sales training programs
