Trailblazers Insurance Brokerage is hiring Sales Executives to support its client acquisition and relationship management efforts in Lagos and Abuja. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while driving the sales of insurance and brokerage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for insurance and brokerage services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts
- Conduct presentations, explain insurance products, and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide timely sales reports
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales (experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage)
- Solid understanding of insurance products and brokerage operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM software
- Must demonstrate professionalism, ethical behavior, and be result-oriented
