Job Description

An experienced Sales Executive is required to drive dealer-market sales within the building materials sector. This role suits a results-driven professional with strong Lagos market knowledge, proven dealer relationships, and the ability to grow revenue through field sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of building materials including Mesh Tape, Waterproof Tape, Duct Tape, Acrylic Sealant, and PTFE Tape across the Lagos dealer market
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealer accounts to expand market presence
  • Conduct regular field visits to gather market intelligence and monitor competitors
  • Prepare and submit quotations, product specifications, and follow-up communications to close sales
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Submit daily sales reports with clear insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3–5 years’ experience selling building materials (adhesives, sealants, silicon, pipe fittings, etc.) in the dealer market
  • Strong familiarity with the Lagos building materials market
  • Experience with companies such as Sacvin, Geepee Group, Cellplast, Cormart, Purechem, or similar is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with a professional appearance
  • Age range: 25–35 years

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 net monthly + monthly performance incentives
